Over the last few months I have interviewed some amazingly smart colleagues (Part 1, 2 and 3) that are helping to create what is being called the Siemens Executable Digital Twin. They have shown us how to create and validate an xDT’s. Part 4 is with Srinivas Raju and he is talking about a really important step, which is the deployment and management of digital twins.

Next week I will be interviewing my colleague, Dr. Roland Pastorino. We finally get back to the office as Covid restrictions are being further lifted. So we have a few more cameras and green room 😊. Roland is going to show a new technology he has been working on related to the xDT project. A technology that I’m told will make the life of engineers working on real time processing a lot easier. Srinivas Raju is our Director Digital Twin for the Global Sales and Customer Services organization of Siemens Digital Industries Software. Srinivas holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, USA. Since joining Siemens in 1997, he has garnered extensive experience in all aspects of PLM solution enablement for large customers across multiple industries and regions. Over the last few years, Srinivas has focused his efforts around enablement of IoT based Digital Twin solutions that make use of the comprehensive Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.
