Optimize my plant: How Many AGVs Do You Really Need?

Your AGV fleet is one of the biggest investments in your warehouse. Are you sizing it on data, or on gut feel? At LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, we showcased Optimize my plant live, and the response from warehouse and intralogistics professionals confirmed what we see every day: critical decisions about fleet sizing, shift planning, and maintenance are still made without the full picture. That costs time, money, and delivery reliability.

Siemens Tecnomatix portfolio at Hannover Messe 2026: The Digital Factory, Live

Hannover Messe is where the future of industry is written. This year, Siemens used the world’s premier industrial stage to demonstrate something extraordinary: a fully connected, AI-powered digital enterprise and Siemens Tecnomatix portfolio, including Process Simulate and Plant Simulation is at the heart of it.

Siemens is not simply participating in the AI conversation; it is leading the Industrial AI revolution. With the breadth to deliver AI end-to-end across the full industrial lifecycle, Hannover Messe is the perfect opportunity to display how you’ll see this in action across industrial software, automation, electrification, and Industrial AI with the right ecosystem of partners to help manufacturers scale with confidence.

Realize LIVE 2026: Where Advanced Manufacturing Takes Shape with AI, Industrial Metaverse and more

The future of manufacturing is here and Realize LIVE 2026 is where that future comes into focus. This flagship digital transformation conference from Siemens is returning to North America and Europe with two high-impact events that bring together the people, technologies, and ideas shaping next-generation manufacturing.

This year, the spotlight is firmly on four powerful themes redefining industrial innovation: AI-powered manufacturing planning and simulation, cloud-enabled collaboration from planning through production, digital threads that connect the entire manufacturing lifecycle, and the accelerating movement to reshore manufacturing.

Engineering.com Spotlights PepsiCo’s Early Adoption of Siemens Digital Twin Composer

In the Engineering.com article, explore how PepsiCo is an early adopter, working with Siemens and NVIDIA to convert selected U.S. manufacturing and warehouse facilities into high‑fidelity 3D digital twins that simulate end‑to‑end plant operations and supply chains. As shifting demand, supply chain volatility, and cost pressures intensify across the CPG landscape, PepsiCo knew facilities built for another era had to evolve. Rather than tackling inefficiencies in silos, the company launched a digital-first, AI-driven transformation, placing Siemens Digital Twin Composer at the center of its manufacturing modernization strategy.

Beyond Automation: The Era of Agile, Adaptive and Autonomous Production

Hear from Zvi Feuer, Siemens Senior Vice President of Digital Manufacturing Software and CEO of Siemens Digital Industries Software in Israel, and Janakiram Pepakayala, Strategy Director, Digital Manufacturing Portfolio at Siemens Digital Industries Software, as they explore the tectonic shift transforming manufacturing.
The industry is moving beyond traditional automation into a future defined by Autonomous Production, where factories operate as intelligent, connected systems that can sense, analyze, and act with minimal human intervention. This represents a fundamental shift in how humans and systems collaborate, how decisions are made, and how trust in technology is built. The key takeaway: true autonomy is not a single breakthrough, but a strategic journey, powered by a comprehensive Digital Twin that enables manufacturers to simulate, optimize, and confidently hand over decision-making to intelligent systems.

Soaring to new heights in Aerospace & Defense with Siemens Digital Manufacturing Solutions [WEBINAR]

In aerospace and defense manufacturing, the pressure is constant and measurable. Production rates must increase. Quality cannot slip. Design changes continue deep into the program lifecycle. Supply chains fluctuate. Skilled labor remains constrained.

For many organizations, the real challenge isn’t effort, it’s alignment. Engineering, manufacturing planning, and shop floor execution often operate in parallel rather than in sync. This results in late-stage surprises, manual workarounds, and ramp-ups that feel more reactive than engineered. Join us in an upcoming webinar to explore how you can harness the power of integrated Siemens Xcelerator digital manufacturing solutions to dramatically improve production scalability and efficiency.

Plant Simulation Drives Predictive Planning in HD Hyundai Mipo’s Digital Shipyard

Reducing lead time while improving productivity is a key priority in modern shipbuilding. HD Hyundai Mipo is addressing this by using Plant Simulation (Tecnomatix portfolio) as the foundation for predictive planning across its shipyard, reducing lead‑time generation by 32 minutes (approximately 2.6 percent) on a key panel line and shortening ramp‑up and roll‑out time.
