After a 2-year delay due to COVID, Siemens was finally able to organize the Benelux Simcenter Academic Day again. This year, GroupT in Leuven, Belgium, hosted the event for around 30 simulation specialists from 12-15 different universities. Thus, with Simcenter, companies can now accelerate innovation over a product’s entire lifecycle. The Simcenter portfolio includes Simcenter 3D, Simcenter STAR-CCM+, and Simcenter Amesim. As a result of creating a discussion space for these topics, the Benelux Academic day allowed simulation enthusiasts to foster a sense of community over their shared experiences and passions. Following the success of this event, Siemens hopes to provide more opportunities for bringing together experts at the forefront of simulation technology!
