Having started at Siemens as a marketing placement student and a year later working part-time as a Marketing Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing how mentorship shapes careers and fosters collaboration across teams. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to be a mentor myself and have been inspired by some incredible ones too (special mention to Jane Wade and Debbie Searle).
