A couple weeks ago, I touched on some of the capabilities in our newest release of Simcenter 3D Acoustics. However, there’s more!

Our team has worked effortlessly to develop a solution for you to detect the source of noise and vibration that emits from rotating machines. This is the acoustic transfer vector (ATV) feature, which allows you to:


  • Speed up your vibro-acoustics computations up to 20 times

  • Reduce the numbers of computations to a single frequency suite computation

  • Store the computed ATVs for future use
