At Realize LIVE 2024, Siemens Digital Industries Software celebrated the remarkable achievements of customers big and small with the first annual Techcellence Awards.
A committee of Siemens executives selected four winners per region, based on nominees’ dedication to their mission, their commitment to innovation, and their impact on our community and on the world.

Blendhub
Blendhub is a good example. The Spanish food-as-a-service network earned the 2024 award for Sustainability Impact based on its work revolutionizing the food powder value chain. Today, the company continues to use Siemens technologies to drive meaningful change in the global food and beverage industry.
Siemens software and automation technologies enable Blendhub to bring high-quality products to market, quickly, safely, and sustainably.
Winning prizes is amazing, it’s beautiful but it’s just another step in the right direction. The recognition from someone is absolutely energizing, but I especially get energy from recognitions that are driving the next steps.

Rolls-Royce
Another 2024 winner, Rolls-Royce, uses Siemens software to accelerate product introduction, enable flexible manufacturing, and improve data-based performance optimization. It’s the crux of why the company — a symbol of innovation and excellence in aerospace engineering for over a century — was honored with the Techcellence Award for Digital Transformation.
Today, Rolls-Royce’s digital transformation is only accelerating. The company is shifting from a traditional document-based approach to model-based one, powered by AI and data-driven insights. This allows dispersed teams to access accurate real-time data, thereby reducing inefficiencies, enabling collaboration, and accelerating innovation across the company.

Innovation and Community Champion winners
When it comes to individual winners, one of last year’s Innovation Leader honorees, Aristóteles Terceiro Neto, today has his eyes on industrial AI. He’s exploring how Vivix Vidros Planos can adapt its operations to best capture the business value of the technology.
And Community Champion honoree Steffen Bangsow continues to share his simulation knowhow generously. In addition to engaging with the community online, he’ll be speaking this year at both Realize LIVE Americas and Realize LIVE Europe.
