Supplyframe’s Design-to-Source Intelligence solutions inject valuable intelligence and insights across the product lifecycle, from design and demand to supply and risk factors. As a recent addition to the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace, Supplyframe is excited to join other Siemens partners at Realize LIVE this year in Munich, Germany from July 10th to the 12th.

Join us as we explore how Design-to-Source Intelligence (DSI) solutions streamline operations, enhance digitization efforts, and fuel your sustainability goals.

Looking Back on Realize LIVE Americas

In June of 2023, Supplyframe joined other Siemens partners and customers at Realize LIVE Americas in Las Vegas Nevada. The event began with the announcement that Supplyframe’s Design-to-Source Intelligence platform is being integrated into the Xcelerator portfolio, enabling real-time supply chain intelligence for Siemens customers.

The integration of Design-to-Source Intelligence with Siemens’ Xpedition is available now, allowing for unparalleled visibility into component availability, demand, cost, compliances, and other parametric data that exists at the point of design.

As part of Realize LIVE Americas, Molex’s Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer Don Hnatyshin, took the main stage for a keynote address discussing how Supplyframe and Molex are working together to improve the organization’s sourcing processes with digital intelligence.

We look forward to the conversations, announcements, and opportunities that will emerge from Realize LIVE Europe.

What it Means to “Shift Left”

At Supplyframe, we believe that resilience begins at the point of design. By embracing new collaborative technologies and outside-in intelligence early and often, companies can “shift left” to get designs right the first time, accelerating product introductions and taking advantage of market opportunities along the way.

As much as 80% of a product’s lifetime risk is decided during the design phase, according to Supplyframe data.

Supplyframe’s Design-to-Source solutions include:

  • Supplyframe Commodity IQUnlock forward-looking decision support with up-to-date insights and accurate forecasts across all major electronics commodity groups.
  • Supplyframe NPIInject intelligence and clarity into your new product introductions, discovering opportunities to mitigate risk and reduce costs before your BOM is finalized.
  • Supplyframe DirectSource –  Eliminate blind spots in your supply chains and realize the benefits of real-time intelligence, forecasting, and risk assessment across the entire product lifecycle.

Achieve all of this earlier in the design process than ever. Make measurable steps towards your sustainability goals as well by optimizing your supply chain at the foundation. This is what happens when you “Shift left” with Supplyframe.
