Digitalization was center stage at IMTS 2022, the largest manufacturing technology show in North America. Attendees visited Siemens booth to witness the entire production process of a reengineered steering knuckle for an electric vehicle (EV) with a focus on optimizing the manufacturability, weight, performance and cost. The next phase of the production process demonstrates how comprehensive manufacturing plans are developed with Teamcenter software.
