In this webinar, Warren Seeley, Industry Manager for Powertrain, will revisit the importance of the internal combustion engine in future powertrains and touch on emerging technologies that will extend the life of the IC engine far into the future.
Patrick Niven, Product Manager for Industry Solutions, will then show us the latest capabilities of the new STAR-ICE add-on to STAR-CCM+, introduced in version 12.06, for performing cold flow simulations. He will then give a peek at the new capabilities being developed to setup and run advanced charge motion (fuel/air mixing) simulations and show some recent validation data.
