How G2 selects the winners
G2 creates its award lists using a combination of verified user reviews and publicly available market presence data.
Its methodology uses Satisfaction and Market Presence scores to evaluate products and vendors across categories. To be considered, products must meet G2’s eligibility requirements, including recent reviews and inclusion on at least one G2 Grid® for a relevant category. From there, scores are calculated and compared across the different Best Software list types, including software companies, software products, and software by function.
