Femap 11.3.1 Release

Femap version 11.3.1 is now available for download.Femap version 11.3.1 is now available for download from the GTAC support site (note that you will need your Webkey to access this site).

Choose the Download and Upload Files option to access the SPLM Download Server. Then choose All Siemens Products, pick Femap, and version 11.3.1 can be downloaded from the Full Products, Windows 64-bit selection.

The download consists of a zipped image of the Femap 11.3.1 DVD. Unzip to a temporary location and install as usual.

Significant performance improvements are evident when meshing surfaces that contain many holes.

Femap v11.3.1 addresses several issues that arose in version 11.3. It is highly recommended that all v11.3 customers switch to v11.3.1. Customers upgrading from previous versions of Femap should install v11.3.1, and skip v11.3.

Femap v11.3.1 is 100% licensing and database compatible with v11.3. Details of the contents of this release can be found in the README.PDF file that is installed with Femap v11.3.1.
