Capabilities
This release includes:
Problem Request Support
Thanks to the introduction of the Problem Request Support functionality in the Production Coordinator App, Shop-floor Operators can raise support requests directly from the Operator Terminal when issues are encountered during production.
A support request can be opened without the need to select a Work Order or manufacturing context beforehand.
The user has the possibility of providing a variety of details, as well as attaching corroborating documents, to help in pinpointing the problem and finding a solution. This feature introduces a complete workflow for issue reporting, ownership, investigation, resolution and auditability directly within manufacturing execution.

Low-Code UI App
As of this release, the Opcenter EX DS Product Engineer App has been provided with a Master Plans screen specific for Manufacturing Planner activity: this makes it possible for Product Engineers to create Master Plans and define BOP structures.
From the Manufacturing Planner screen, in addition to viewing the details of a Master Plan, it is also possible to establish links between various Specifications and its Operations (or Steps, where permitted): for example, between one or more Materials and an Operation. The Specifications involved are related to:
- Materials
- Machines
- Tools
- Documents
- Document Items
- Work Instructions
- Quality inspections
- Interlocking Checks
- Human Resources
- Skills.

SFC Plug-In: The SFC plug-in has been added to Part Program management, thereby enabling:
- Retrieval of part-program information from Shopfloor Connect.
- Preview of part programs.
- Transfer of part programs to CNC machines through Shopfloor Connect.
During import from Teamcenter, Equipment specifications and required DNC entities are generated automatically. This eliminates the need for manual post-import association activities.
