Visit Siemens from November 4 – 7 at the world’s largest energy conference: ADIPEC 2024 in Abu Dhabi

Have you heard about ADIPEC 2024?

Set for November 4 – 7 in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, ADIPEC is the world’s largest energy exhibition. This momentous event is expected to host 184,000 attendees representing 164 countries and 2,200 companies spanning the complete international energy ecosystem.

I’ll be representing Siemens Digital Industries Software at ADIPEC 2024 and would love to meet with you if you’re attending. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or send me an email. At the event, I plan to showcase how our software solutions accelerate energy industry digital transformation, particularly in the crucial areas of advanced nuclear power, hydrogen and oil and gas.

Let’s discuss how capital asset lifecycle management cuts costs and boosts efficiency across the lifecycle

If you’re an energy leader, you’re probably aware that despite today’s technological advancements, digitalization and data-driven decision-making, capital asset planning and management remains document-centric and disconnected.

This inefficient, even “old school” approach to managing capital projects, including multi-billion-dollar projects, typically includes fixed stage gates. Stakeholders lack real-time insights into other disciplines’ and teams’ work and the impact of proposed changes on costs and schedules. What’s the result? Lack of visibility and poor collaboration that significantly raises costs for capital asset owners while delaying project completions.

Energy businesses can overcome these limitations by adopting our capital asset lifecycle management solution. At ADIPEC 2024, I’ll be meeting with attendees and customers to discuss how this integrated solution, which we call “CALM”:

  • Uses a single source of truth to connect diverse data sources with a digital thread backbone
  • Applies product lifecycle management (PLM) capabilities, techniques and best practices to your enterprise asset management, including planning, design, construction and operations
  • Manages your plant digital twin on a single platform from day one of the project
  • Streamlines and automates your business processes while enabling continuous digital handover

Hope to visit with you about the industrial metaverse and digitalization at ADIPEC 2024

Along with our CALM solution, I’ll be discussing the topic of the industrial metaverse at ADIPEC 2024.

The industrial metaverse allows for the interaction of an infinite number of people and assets (concurrent), and offers the full immersion into a physics-based, photo-realistic and real-time simulation. To learn how the industrial metaverse can drive digital transformation for energy owner-operators and EPCs, register for this live webinar I’m participating in on October 23rd.

At ADIPEC 2024, I also plan to showcase how customers can benefit from our partnership with companies such as VEERUM and TeamViewer. These can improve your business and operations performance throughout the asset lifecycle.

I couldn’t be more excited to attend ADIPEC 2024 with the world’s leading energy professionals and businesses. I hope to see you there.
