Join us for the Innovation Symposium at Realize LIVE 2025
The Realize LIVE 2025 Innovation Symposium is a half-day event and interview sessions that bring together Siemens customers and internal experts to discuss current problems and shape future solutions.
This year, at Realize LIVE Americas, we are hosting 4 concurrent workgroups and follow up interviews across various exciting topics:
- Harnessing AI across Siemens software
- Leveraging low-code for innovation
- SaaS and the cross-product experience
- The Next Generation of Simcenter
What does that look like?
After a full networking breakfast, the workgroup participants will go their separate ways to gather as a group with their designated facilitators and experts. These workgroups will leverage design thinking methods to get deep into the challenges they face today as well as explore what those may look like in the future.
This is an opportunity to meet the teams behind some of the innovative solutions from Siemens software and to help inform the next generation of the products and services. Once the workgroups are complete, we’ll also be arranging some 1:1 follow up time with you to discuss your unique perspective in a more intimate interview environment.

When will this happen?
Before the main agenda at Realize LIVE commences on Monday June 2nd, in Detroit Michigan and Monday, June 30th in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Who is eligible?
We’re looking for Siemens customers who are big thinkers with insightful ideas to share with our teams. Ideally participants are of management level or above, with a unique perspective of challenges faced in their organization and how we might address them in the future.

What is design thinking?
Design thinking is a process that helps consider problems and solutions from a different perspective. It relies on creativity and iteration to put users’ needs at the center of a proposed solution. Then, the team builds prototypes to see what works, what does not, and why. Design thinking exercises enable teams to:
- Get feedback on a prototype
- Refine the understanding of the solution
- Uncover what may be missing

What are we trying to understand?
Siemens wants to understand how providing integrated collaboration solutions across our software offers can help overcome your challenges and allow you to work more effectively across the organization.
Will Siemens cover my travel expenses?
At this time, Siemens will provide a full breakfast on Monday morning limited only to the workgroup participants. All participants will need to cover their own conference pass, travel, accommodations, and additional meals.
How do I get involved?
Visit our new Innovation & Ideation Community for detailed event information on each workgroup and to ‘Express Interest’ through our nomination form. Once submitted, our team will contact you within 10 business days with an update on your nomination status. As there are limited seats available, Siemens will evaluate nominations and notify participants on a rolling basis to ensure ample time for travel adjustments if needed.
