Co-create data-driven production future at Realize LIVE

As Siemens continues to evolve and innovate, we’re centering on customer-led insights as a key element in deciding our path forward.  Just one example of this is the work that our Industrial Operations X team has been doing since the launch of this interoperable and ever-growing portfolio in April 2023.

The team has met with more than 100 customers who are at the intersection of IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) – driving ideas and developments for industrial operations and supply chain data exchange, cybersecurity, sustainability, or (Generative) AI. They are continuing this ongoing conversation in person at Realize LIVE Americas with a working breakfast, where participants will get to hear more about the exciting learnings and insights gathered so far.

Following the breakfast there will be an interactive workgroup in partnership with the Siemens Community Innovation & Ideation team to collaboratively explore the future of smart manufacturing. It will take place in the VIP workshop area across from the solutions center. Join us for breakfast on Wednesday, May 15th at 7am – spaces are limited and are first come first served.

What happens after the session is complete?

This workgroup will validate and refine the learnings from previous conversations through interactive design activities and discussions.

After the workshop, participants will have a view of where smart manufacturing may evolve in the next 5 to 10 years, and know that their voice is helping drive our future programs.  Following Realize LIVE we will invite interested participants to continue an open dialog and stay connected with our Industrial Operations X leads.

What does the workshop look like?

Those attending this 1.5h workshop session will get a sneak peek at the learnings from this years’ worth of research and discussion, as well as participate in refining the trajectory of smart manufacturing for the next 10 years.  After the sneak peek, participants will explore the convergence of IT/OT teams, processes, systems, and data in industrial operations together with product management leads from across the Siemens Industrial Operations X team. It is an exciting first step towards ongoing conversation and dialog as we chart the next decade of solutions in the smart manufacturing space.
