New Valor Process Preparation partnership with JUKI Automation Systems

Valor Process Preparation is picking up momentum with the development of partnerships with some of our key machine vendors partners. JUKI Automation Systems (Europe) has recently signed on with to us to sell our Process Preparation solution as part of their product portfolio. (See JUKI’s Press Release dated June 26, 2020). Valor Process Preparation provides manufacturers with the capability to prepare the product model for manufacturing and to simulate the SMT process digitally. From JUKI’s press release, they value the ease of deployment and scalability of Process Preparation.

Improving service through close collaboration with machine vendors

This is part of an on-going project to coordinate with machine vendors to provide better service and coverage of all tiers of the PCB assembly market. Over the last 18 months, our team has made a concerted effort to engage with the machine vendors and develop the necessary functionality that supports their goals regardless of their process orientation (SMT, Inspection or Test). We have found that Process Preparation is the perfect platform to enhance machine vendors’ solutions.

We are continuing to explore how to reduce programming time while at the same time making them more accurate. Through the use of Valor Parts Library we are able to integrate precise part geometries into our process to deliver accurate part shapes. Via this methodology we are seeing reports from the machine vendors that are experiencing reductions in programming time of 20-70%.
