50 Years of International Test Conference
In 1970, the Beatles officially split, Apollo 13 narrowly averted disaster, paisley and stripes somehow went together, and the International Test Conference was born. The first meeting of ITC drew 147 people to the Rickshaw Inn in Cherry Hill, NJ. The semiconductor industry was growing fast, and engineers faced challenges in testing novel semiconductor devices.
Fifty years on, music and fashion have changed and we still don’t have a moon base. But, the challenges of testing novel semiconductor devices now draws more than 2,000 engineers to ITC and it’s two sister conferences, ITC Asia and ITC India.
Mentor’s Tessent group is again the top (Diamond) supporter of the International Test Conference, Washington, DC November 12 – November 14, 2019.
Mentor will be at Booth 401, showcasing the latest features and technologies. New this year, you can sign up for a 30-minute appointment with a Mentor expert to learn how to use the new Tessent Visualizer, Mentor’s completely redesigned DFT debug and analysis tool. Spots are limited and are available during all exhibit hours.
