Invasion of the 3D Printers

Are we on a roll or what?

Just a week after throwing a cool 3D Party, the Innovation team was at it again. They had Stratasys haul over not one, but 2 full size 3D printers to our cafeteria on the 2nd floor (still can’t figure how they got those monsters through the door). You know, your everyday FDM model for one, and typical household SLM for another.

Just before frustration peaked upon hearing that these guys can’t do Belgian Orange Mochas, the presenter tossed an incredible array of tools, games, sculptures, dental molds, and much more on the tables.  

Fascination set in as we began looking at, picking up and exploring those printed toys and devices, many with moving parts!

Today’s demo was a natural segue to the 3D happening just last week! That would be cool if somebody could package it all as a traveling 3D show – coming to your workplace soon!
