Downunder Blunder Contest

We’ve been doing our best to invite people to Solid Edge University, so now that you’re coming, we’d like to help you have some fun and maybe gain some notoriety while youre there.

Rick Mason is hosting this year’s Design Better Challenge, which he has subtitled The Downunder Blunder. In this design contest, you will do some design work and read some drawings. Of course Rick’s eyes are going bad, and some of the data in incorrect, so you have to make a change.

We are awarding prizes and trophies for the top three finishers. The trophies were designed in Solid Edge and will be printed by Stratasys (shown here rendered in Keyshot).

The contest will be held in one of the hands-on rooms from 4:30 – 5:30 pm on Tuesday, May 13th.
