Highlights from Realize LIVE APAC 2025: Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management
Siemens brought its flagship event, Realize LIVE, to Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone for digital innovation in the region. The conference brought together thought leaders, customers, and partners from various industries, all eager to share insights and explore new solutions that are shaping the future of digital transformation. Last week, I had the privilege of attending and presenting at Realize LIVE APAC 2025 in Bengaluru. The atmosphere at the event was electric, with participants eager to share, learn, and explore the latest in digital advancement and innovation.

The conference commenced with an inspiring keynote address from Tony Hemmelgarn (President and CEO of Siemens Digital Software Industries), who articulated how Siemens, through its software solutions, is helping customers “Realize Digital Transformation Real and Fast.” The keynote set a compelling tone for the day and reaffirmed Siemens’s commitment to supporting customers on their transformation journeys.
Digital Manufacturing – Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management (SLM)

During the conference, I had the opportunity to present on our Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) solution, representing the Digital Manufacturing business segment. My session focused on enabling our customers to drive new revenue streams through high-margin services while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
The discussion centered on three core pillars that highlight the power of integrating Teamcenter with Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM platform, to support the servitization business model:
- Customer-centric Service Excellence:
Seamlessly accessing service data from PLM directly within Salesforce empowers our customers to deliver service excellence to their end users. - Asset monetization:
Sales teams are equipped with targeted recommendations, helping them identify the optimal services to offer each customer. - Optimize Opportunity-to-Quote:
By embedding the Teamcenter Product Configurator within Salesforce, we provide a unified platform that enables sales teams to quickly and accurately create product and service quotes.
Exclusive session on Product support and data-driven strategy

My colleague, Bindiya Rore (SLM Product Manager), delivered an insightful session on our latest innovation, Product Support Data Management (PSDM), built on the GEIA-0007-C Standard. Her presentation focused on bridging logistics data and PLM data, thereby strengthening the digital thread that underpins effective lifecycle management.

The second day opened with a keynote from Joe Bohman (Executive Vice President of PLM). Joe’s engaging address illustrated how Siemens’ software solutions empower customers to turn business complexities into a source of competitive advantage.
The remainder of the event offered valuable opportunities to explore Siemens’ offerings in more detail, network with internal colleagues, and engage directly with customers.
Realize LIVE APAC 2025 was a resounding success, providing a vibrant forum to discuss transformative software solutions, foster industry connections, and drive the conversation on digital transformation and service innovation.
