Polarion and Perforce Cross Finish Line for Auto Roadshow

Polarion Software recently joined one of our valued partners, Perforce Software, during the European Automotive Technology Roadshow 2016. It was a fun and exciting opportunity to hop in the roadshow trailer, visiting different locations in the UK and Europe.

During the event, we visited OEMs and tier 1 suppliers in the UK and Germany and Belgium, with stops at Nissan, Aston Martin, Ford, Adam Opel, Continental, and Toyota. It was a great opportunity to speak with a variety of different engineers and managers responsible for R&D, software, and mechanical products.

Visitors were able to easily meet with Polarion, Perforce, and other technology vendors, to learn about the latest generation of auto-focused solutions.

We appreciated the chance to speak with new customers, sharing the importance of application lifecycle management (ALM) and other Polarion products.

The automotive industry is undergoing massive change, with software contributing to value – also creating new issues while adding associated costs. The increasing role software has revealed the difficult development teams have while integrating software into mechatronics.
