REALIZE LIVE 2026: Where Innovation Meets Enablement
REALIZE LIVE 2026 brought together thousands of professionals from across industries to explore the future of digital transformation, AI-powered innovation, and workforce enablement. For Siemens Xcelerator Academy, the event offered a unique opportunity to connect directly with customers, showcase new capabilities, and understand how learning expectations continue to evolve.
The Energy of Innovation
From keynote sessions to technical demonstrations, one theme emerged consistently: organizations are actively looking for practical ways to accelerate transformation while enabling their workforce to keep pace with rapid technological change.
Artificial Intelligence dominated conversations throughout the conference. Attendees moved beyond the excitement surrounding AI itself and focused on real-world applications: how these technologies can improve productivity, decision-making, engineering processes, and learning experiences. The emphasis was clear: adoption, usability, and measurable business outcomes matter most.
The openness of customers, partners, and industry professionals in sharing their challenges and successes created valuable opportunities for meaningful dialogue. Whether in formal presentations or networking discussions, attendees consistently gravitated toward hands-on experiences and interactive demonstrations. There’s a growing expectation that technology should not only be powerful but also intuitive, accessible, and easy to adopt.
Strong Customer Interest in AI-Powered Learning
At the Siemens Xcelerator Academy booth, customer response was encouraging. Attendees showed strong interest in exploring our newest capabilities, particularly the AI Dashboard and AI Search experiences. Many spent time testing these features firsthand and shared positive feedback on how they could simplify discovery, improve personalization, and help users find the right learning resources faster.
The new integration of Learning Labs within Learning Membership, now available, also generated significant discussion. Customers valued this early look at accessing practical, hands-on lab experiences alongside structured learning paths. This reinforced the demand for applied, real-world learning that goes beyond theory demonstration.

Beyond current capabilities, customers were eager to understand our roadmap. Conversations frequently shifted to where the learning platform is heading next, how AI will continue to enhance the learning experience, and how certifications, Learning Memberships, and adoption services will work together as part of a broader enablement strategy.
The Biggest Takeaway: Optimism and Opportunity
Perhaps the most encouraging aspect of REALIZE LIVE 2026 was the optimism shared across the community. While organizations face increasing complexity and pressure to innovate, there’s a strong sense that the combination of technology, collaboration, and continuous learning can help address these challenges.
Technology continues to advance rapidly, but success ultimately depends on people: their willingness to learn, collaborate, and embrace new ways of working.
REALIZE LIVE 2026 was more than a technology conference. It was a gathering of professionals focused on solving problems, sharing knowledge, and shaping the future together. The conversations, ideas, and connections made throughout the event will continue to influence how we think about innovation and enablement in the months ahead.
The journey continues at Realize LIVE Europe, June 29 through July 1 in Amsterdam, and we encourage customers to register and join us for more insights, innovation, and hands-on experiences.
