NX Customer Showcase: KEF

People who know sound know that KEF stands for engineering integrity, design innovation and phenomenal acoustic transparency.

Recently on a visit to the UK, I had a chance to speak with Phil Gidley of KEF about some of their speakers.

Phil told me how using both numeric and analytic mathematics, the KEF team works at the very edge of what is possible with sound waves. They use NX to help them model the optimum speaker shape.  He also shared his experiences of using NX for just over 2 years.
