Chrysler Group LLC Partners With Siemens PLM Software for All-new Product Design and Development

The Chrysler group and Siemens PLM Software have just announced some exciting news.  The Chrysler Group has selected Siemens PLM Software’s technology for product design and development.

Chrysler has been using Teamcenter for a while, now they have announced that NX will be their comprehensive digital product development solution.

 Key points of the Chrysler announcement:

• Chrysler Group adds Siemens digital product development and data management software to vehicle development process


• New engineering software to be used initially for collaborative Chrysler Group and Fiat vehicle development programs


• Technology enables Chrysler Group to utilize common processes and tools and improve speed to market
