A Day In The Life of Teamcenter

Keith Walk and David Mitchell are presenting ” day in the life of Teamcenter” using a role play with Keith being a product manager of a tractor, then switches roles to Engineer, and they are walking through the steps necessary to change a tractor’s engine.

 



This is a great way to showcase the application and how a company can actually use the Teamcenter application in a real life setting. All the potential users on the room are quickly jotting down notes and watching intently. Keith is great at explaining the action = reaction metaphor of how making changes to one part of the structure of business impacts other parts of the business. David explained how the change impacts the project management of changing a tractor engine and how Teamcenter works to manage change. Who would have thought Tractor and engines cold be so complicated?
