CES 2025 preview: Siemens for Startups

Siemens hosts dedicated booth and sessions for startups at CES 2025

Eureka Park at CES is the hotspot for startups, offering a unique chance to launch new products, services, or ideas.  Entrepreneurs and emerging startups can join us to connect with mentors, investors, and industry leaders who can help drive their success.

Why the focus on Startups?

No one can do it alone.  By collaborating with startups, we combine their speed and disruptive thinking with our industry experience and customer base.  Through the Siemens for Startups portfolio, we provide startups with access to our software, work together to transform their ideas into reality, and connect their solutions to our global ecosystem to help them scale.

Annika Hauptvogel, Head of technology and innovation management, Siemens.

Startups play a unique role in the innovation ecosystem: as valued customers who benefit from Siemens’ products and solutions, and as agile partners whose innovations enhance the value Siemens delivers to its customers. By collaborating with startups, Siemens accelerates breakthrough ideas to reach industries faster, empowering its customers to tackle global challenges more effectively with cutting-edge technologies, tools, and solutions. While Siemens for Startups works closely with Next47, which remains dedicated to venture capital, this initiative does not involve direct investment. Instead, it serves as a strategic, cross-functional platform that connects startups with Siemens’ teams and resources.

The new comprehensive portfolio for startups consisting of three pillars:

  • Collaborate: Siemens values the innovation startups bring and collaborates strategically by becoming an early customer and co-developing solutions. This creates a win-win: Siemens gains advanced capabilities, startups secure early revenue to fuel growth, and customers benefit from cutting-edge solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Connect: Startups in the Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem gain a global platform to grow and innovate. By onboarding them as sellers on the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace, Siemens shifts the focus from showcasing portfolios to solving real customer needs, fostering collaboration and sustainable growth
  • Grow: Siemens empowers startups with access to essential software tools at reduced prices—or even for free. This support helps startups scale faster, eliminating the need to develop tools from scratch, boosting their competitiveness, and easing their integration into Siemens’ ecosystem
