Boucher, a research analyst from Aberdeen talks about the obstacles that manufacturing companies face on a daily basis – such as, shorter development schedules, engineering creating parts with limited insight into Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM), design data that changes right up until product release, and the constant pressure to reduce overall manufacturing costs.

We had the chance to talk to Michelle about manufacturing productivity and what best-in-class companies doing to be more productive than their peers.
