Goodrich Aerospace CIO Steve Hagood on Global Enterprise Alignment

Steve Hagood, VP and CIO of Goodrich Aerospace, presented at last week’s Innovation Leadership Summit. He is responsible for managing the company’s global enterprise IT organization. He noted:

“Innovation is our DNA, Goodrich doesn’t stop communicating what PLM means.”

Goodrich Corporation is a Fortune 500 company and global supplier of systems and services to aerospace, defense and homeland security markets.

Steve introduced Goodrich’s Continuous Improvement (CI) project in his presentation. According to Steve, CI drives IT alignment and focus, which enabled IT to be a thought leader to share best practice for enterprise alignment. IT can drive enterprise-level communications.
