If you were walking around the University of Cincinnati campus a few weeks ago there was a chance you got to meet up with our marketing intern team. Two of our software engineering co-ops, Zachary Johnson and Greg Barker, were informing students on our growing co-op program, discussing individual experiences, and handing out Siemens merchandise to hundreds of students. Participants also got the chance to join the student LinkedIn group where we showcase projects and keep you up-to-date with all the latest news for Siemens in education.

“I was thrilled to converse with so many talented, aspiring engineers! I was happy to see so many students of different backgrounds interested in Siemens engineering. Coming up as a previous co-op, I could imagine myself going up to these booths with the goal of finding the right company for me. I hope these students walked away with the impression that Siemens is an engaging company full of diversity and opportunity for students of any discipline.”

“The event was so much fun! Having students interested to hear what Siemens has to offer and join our Student Connect group, I think it’s a great step to improving Siemens presence on Campus. With Siemens so strong on innovation I think working side by side with young minds is key to continuing this trend. I also think everyone likes the cool merch we gave out!”
