Engineering Graphics, Design and Modeling with NX was written by Dr. Hyunjae Park for Marquette University and consists of four main parts which make basic engineering graphics fundamentals and solid modeling methods and techniques using Siemens NX software clear, concise and easy to understand. Readers are taken from the most basic engineering design concepts to highly sophisticated technical documentation through the use of intuitive and comprehensive instructions, illustrations and exercises. This book is great for engineering students or anyone interested in building their knowledge and skill in engineering graphics and CAD modeling. The exercises help the reader develop modeling and design skills to properly take an idea from paper, to virtual model, to prototype and eventually to finished product. Along the way, NX is learned as a tool to facilitate the engineering design process. We are delighted to include Dr. Park’s book among the awesome resources available in the NX section of the Academic Resource Center!
