Siemens gives students free access to Simcenter STAR-CCM+ training course

The Siemens Xcelerator Academy portal gives you access to hundreds of hours of on-demand training.  Utilize the short lessons with a variety of course activities to move at your own pace as you navigate through the vast library of content, especially if you’re interested in learning software like Simcenter STAR-CCM+.

Currently, Siemens Xcelerator Academy offers 23 courses related to Simcenter STAR-CCM+ for university students and faculty for free. Take courses on the fundamentals, heat transfer and Eulerian multiphase modeling all from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.

In order to access the courses, you need to sign up for a Siemens Xcelerator Academy account through your university. Once you’ve logged into your Siemens Xcelerator Academy account, navigate to the on-demand course section and scroll down to find Simcenter STAR-CC+ courses. From there, you can enroll in courses and add them to your QuickList to save for later. Take your time going through the content, as your work is saved each time you use the platform. You can also download the course resources to your device, so you can complete labs along with the course.
