Essentially, Siemens Process Preparation has functioned as a <strong>&#8216;Product Lifecycle Management&#8217; (PLM) tool<\/strong>, making it a cornerstone of ON-Track Technology\u2019s internal capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest investment further strengthens ON-Track Technology\u2019s ability to leverage the <strong>Valor Parts Library (VPL)<\/strong>. This tool utilizes manufacturer-MPN-based geometric data to enable <strong>virtual PCBA assembly reviews<\/strong>, ensuring part compatibility with pads and verifying BOM components visually. Additionally, the <strong>AutoGeneration rule engine<\/strong> allows the rapid creation of new SMT part packages from standardized source geometries, supporting <strong>virtual SMT parts development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 37%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Siemens Process Preparation enables ON-Track Technology to provide consistent PCBA NPI-to-production services to our clients, offering virtual PCBA assembly verification, SMT line assembly programs, and now fully automated stencil engineering\u2014all from a single source of truth. This tool ensures <strong>first-time-right stencils<\/strong>, provides <strong>accurate paste quantity estimates per PCBA<\/strong>, and <strong>reduces costs<\/strong> associated with stencil re-spins and SMT line downtime. Additionally, intellectual property (IP) was sometimes lost due to manual stencil tweaks, and lessons learned were not always implemented in new designs. With our investment in Siemens Stencil Engineering and Valor Parts Library, we can now fully control the stencil engineering process. The stencil tool was easy to learn, and we were up and running quickly, thanks to a guided, wizard-based workflow.
