Here are a few of those interviews:<\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Philip Norman&#8217;s presentation on the first day was a an eye opening approach to design. As a naturalist myself&nbsp;I loved how some of his best design ideas have been inspired by his close observation of nature. I caught up with Ric Watts from Reading Bakery Systems &#8211;&nbsp;a manufacturer of food processing lines to get his views on the event.
