You have to set that “Enable Physical\nThread Option” Value =Yes, in options.xml. To make this change follow the\nsteps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Copy SEAdmin.exe to\nSolid Edge installed program folder. Usually it is C:\\Program\nFiles\\Siemens\\Solid Edge 2021\\Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. SEAdim.exe is located in\nSolid Edge setup folder (Solid Edge\\SptTools\\SEAdmin\\SEAdmin.exe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Run SEAdmin.exe >\nOptions dialog is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Go to the end of the\noptions dialog having the text “Enable Physical Thread Option” and\nset the value to yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Click Save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. It will ask to save at the options file to a shared location. Save it to the shared location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Launch Solid Edge and Go\nto application menu > Settings > Options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. In the Options dialog,\ngo to file locations tab > Select > Solid Edge Admin > Click on\nupdate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now Physical thread option\nwill be enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Contributor<\/strong>: @AtulT<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.<\/strong> I was\nwondering if there is anything in the Design manager so that I can select a\nfolder and then the design manager read the custom properties of all the files\nin the folder and allow me to change a specific one to some or all files of the\nfolder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tip<\/strong>: Use\nproperty manager for this. Open Prop Man from SE or Design Manager when there\nis no file open.
