Blocked forces are rapidly becoming the industry\u2019s preferred method for exchanging component data between OEMs and suppliers\u2014enabling accurate virtual integration and predictive NVH analysis early in development. But while the method is gaining traction, traditional measurement approaches remain slow, complex, and difficult to scale across component variants, limiting wider adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This presentation introduces Simcenter Testlab<\/strong> Automated Component Model Extraction <\/strong>\u2014a fully automated test bench for blocked-force measurement compliant with ISO 20270<\/strong>.
