Mentorship is the foundation of growth, offering guidance and inspiration to people at all stages of their careers. At Siemens Digital Industries Software, mentorship is more than just a tradition; it\u2019s a driving force behind the success and innovation that define our culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having started at Siemens as a marketing placement student and a year later working part-time as a Marketing Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing how mentorship shapes careers and fosters collaboration across teams. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to be a mentor myself and have been inspired by some incredible ones too (special mention to Jane Wade and Debbie Searle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
