Siemens MEAC to Host Workshop in Chicago

MEAC Digitalization Strategy Development Workshop
The MEAC Digitalization Strategy Development Workshop is a two-day event for MEAC Alliance Members, providing an opportunity to hear the latest updates on the MEAC Alliance Program, Best Practices and Strategic Initiatives. To deepen partnerships and networking, each MEAC Partner Champion will highlight their company, industry specialization, MEAC practice readiness, skills and competencies.
The event will also give alliance partners the opportunity to tour the next-generation manufacturing hub at The Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII), a unique world-class showcase where industry, government and academia explore digitalization with Siemens. There will be ten stations on the factory floor that walk attendees through the Siemens full Digital Enterprise value chain, extended via use cases on physical equipment.
Siemens will also give alliance partners an MOM portfolio strategy & business priority update and an Educational into to Siemens’ MindSphere, a cloud-based, open IoT operating system that connects real things to the digital world, and enables powerful industry applications and digital services to drive business success. MindSphere’s open Platform as a Service (PaaS) enables a rich partner ecosystem to develop and deliver new applications.
We will also cover the benefits of Plant Optimization and discover how you can take greater command of manufacturing.
