It&#8217;s quite a valid concern when considering a move to a new working environment. We delivered some major <A href=\"http:\/\/www.polarion.com\/2014\/clustering-failover-load-balancing.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">new capability for scalability<\/A> in our recent version 2014 release with clustering and load balancing. So let me talk here about general performance.&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I just received some performance analysis info on our&nbsp;<A href=\"http:\/\/almdemo.polarion.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><STRONG>ALM Test Drive server<\/STRONG><\/A>&nbsp; and thought I would share the numbers here. They speak for themselves and show quite nice performance of this Polarion server.&nbsp;The following infographic shows how server performance went during the analysis period. The server was hosting a bit over <STRONG>300 projects&nbsp;<\/STRONG>during the period.&nbsp;The data are <STRONG>measured on the client<\/STRONG>, and <STRONG>saved on the server<\/STRONG> for further processing, so it shows the <STRONG>real performance<\/STRONG>. (We actually track every single request &#8211; how much time it took, which object was accessed, and on which thread.)<br \/>\n<P style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<A href=\"http:\/\/www.polarion.com\/products\/alm\/demo.php?utm_source=almDemoPerformance&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=blog\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><IMG class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5542\" alt=\"Infographic: Polarion ALM Test Drive server performance\" src=\"http:\/\/community.plm.automation.siemens.com\/legacyfs\/online\/siemensplm_blogs\/2014\/05\/polarion-alm-test-drive-performance.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"1088\" \/><\/A><\/P><br \/>\nThese numbers are pretty similar to those of our R&amp;D team&#8217;s production server that we use to manage the development of Polarion itself.
