This intelligent, AI-powered documentation assistant is designed to be a readily accessible resource, available directly from anywhere within Polarion. You can ask your questions, and it will provide clear, digestible help, serving as a quick reference without needing to search through extensive documentation, basically acting as your own support agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trained on Polarion&#8217;s entire documentation set, it delivers structured answers with direct links to the source material for further details. It will save your teams&#8217; time and effort by leveraging standard libraries and pre-defined relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Template Highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A consistent, structured, cross-industry cybersecurity process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-configured Work Item types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traceability from identified threats to implemented controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports&nbsp;rigorous threat analysis, precise risk assessment, strategic mitigation planning, and systematic evidence collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enterprise-wide scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution is free for all of our Polarion X Enterprise, Advanced, Automotive, and Premium customers. While new customers will get the template deployed automatically, existing customers must reach out to their CApS representative to get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ramp up quickly on medical devices development<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also launching a new Medical Device solution, based on years of customer experience and feedback, that dramatically accelerates regulatory compliance and makes onboarding and execution easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medical Device Solution Highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It streamlines adherence to the FDA 21 CFR 820, FDA 21 CFR 11, and ISO 14971 standards via pre-configured workflows, sophisticated traceability models, and standardized document architectures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes four ready-to-deploy Project structures.<br>(Design Control, Corporate Standards Library, Document Template Library, and Documentation.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantees end-to-end traceability across Design Inputs, Outputs, Verification, Validation, and Risk Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes reusable libraries and intuitively linked Work Item relationships.<br>(Streamlines documentation, enforces cross-functional consistency, and saves time with integrated Approval Workflows and robust version control.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It&#8217;s scalable and adaptable to a wide variety of product variants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This solution requires Polarion X Advanced or Premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reach out to your Polarion account manager for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage variants in Polarion X with Teamcenter Product Configurator<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2512, we added the option to manage variants via the Product Configurator for Teamcenter X to our Polarion X deployments. It allows you to directly edit variant conditions in Polarion X and generate new Variant Specifications using saved Variant rules from Teamcenter X\u2019s Active Workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a Product Configurator customer and interested in managing your variants directly in Polarion X, then reach out to your Polarion Account Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Polarion Global Roles assignment in Admin Console<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>With this new release, Admin Console Administrators responsible for managing subscriptions, users, and license assignments can now directly assign Polarion global user or admin roles within the Admin Console. This facilitates the process of granting global administrative access to power users who manage global configurations in Polarion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Migration to Admin Console<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>For the last year, any new Polarion X deployments have used Siemens Xcelerator\u2019s Admin Console to manage their Polarion X subscription. This means you can use it to create users, assign them to any of your X products, assign licenses, configure Identity providers, or assign the administrative role.&nbsp; Starting this spring, we will contact existing customers to onboard them to the Admin Console, guaranteeing access to all new future Polarion X features for our fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Existing Customers to Upgrade to 2512<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"polarion_34\">In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to existing customers to schedule their upgrade to Polarion X 2512.
