From there, we automatically generate inspection features, assign tolerances, and create inspection paths \u2014 all within our software.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This automation drastically reduces manual programming time while improving consistency and reliability. Once the inspection program is ready, it undergoes simulation to ensure safety and effectiveness before being run on the actual CMM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Validation to Final Assembly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After the simulation phase, the program is executed on the physical machine. This step confirms that the manufactured part aligns with the design tolerances, giving engineers confidence that it will function as intended during final assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NX CMM Inspection Programming also enables engineers to bring the inspection results back into the software for deeper analysis.
