To reduce lead times, the family-operated shop has heavily invested in automation, equipping some of its 15 machine tools with machine-tending pallet changers, including 5-axis machining centers. It helps the staff define the best machining processes, validate the G code and reduce setup time, resulting in lead times cut by up to 50%.
