Dan explained there are a lot of things in the release that they are not ready to discuss but he want to provide some information for the the people that traveled to PLM Connection.<BR \/><BR \/><!--more--><BR \/><BR \/><IMG class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1707\" src=\"http:\/\/community.plm.automation.siemens.com\/legacyfs\/online\/wordpress\/images\/2010\/06\/ScreenHunter_02-Jun.-28-14.24.jpg\" alt=\"ScreenHunter_02 Jun. 28 14.24\" width=\"508\" height=\"377\" \/><BR \/><BR \/>Here are a few things Dan was able to talk about (I\u2019m typing this as they go)<BR \/><UL><BR \/>\t<LI>ST3 makes it easier to user synchronous technology in bite-size pieces.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>More Simulation \u2013 People happy with the interface and integration- they just want more.&nbsp; More loads and constraints coming.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>\u201cCan\u2019t say enough about what Sharepoint has done\u201d&nbsp; Insight and Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 is available.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Usability \u2013 Full control of the command Ribbon layout.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Smart Step Ribbon Bar has become horizontal.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Radial Menus and customizable UI.It also supports gestures.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Transparent pathfinder.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Sheet Metal &#8211; Reaffirming Leadership in this area.&nbsp; Demos were specifically on corners.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>New algorithms for weld creation.<\/LI><BR \/>\t<LI>Display Configurations, Configuration Manager \u2013 In the demo, Kyle said he could spend all day playing with this. Its just \u201cphenomenal\u201d.<\/LI><BR \/><\/UL><BR \/>Keep in mind this is just a sampling of what is to come in ST3 (sorry Scott, no details yet).
