His name is Jeff Grossman.<BR \/><BR \/>Jeff came to Siemens PLM Software when it acquired Vistagy (now known as the Specialized Engineering Software business segment) last December. As the corporate communications manager, he worked with Vistagy\u2019s product experts and executives to convey stories about the products (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.plm.automation.siemens.com\/en_us\/products\/fibersim\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Fibersim<\/A>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.plm.automation.siemens.com\/en_us\/products\/syncrofit\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Syncrofit <\/A>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.plm.automation.siemens.com\/en_us\/products\/quality-planning-environment\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Quality Planning Environment<\/A>) and our customers. By contrast, Jeff spent the first five years of his career as sports writer, four of them for the <EM>San Antonio Express-News<\/EM>, primarily focused on covering the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Between his time at the <EM>Express-News<\/EM> and Vistagy, Jeff worked in marketing for software companies that specialized in information security, document management and database management. Jeff has a master\u2019s degree in business administration from Boston University and a bachelor\u2019s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.<BR \/><BR \/>We are looking forward to hearing more from Jeff as he keeps readers apprised of what is going on in Specialized Engineering Software.
