It is about testing performance before silicon, validating system behaviour through digital twins and accelerating deployment into real-world applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our structured approach spans Proof-of-Technology, Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Value, helping start-ups and their partners move from innovation to industrialisation with greater transparency and reduced risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A sovereign, end-to-end stack<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key driver behind this collaboration is the opportunity to support a fully European compute and simulation stack, aligned with the objectives of the EU Chips Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes European-developed algorithms and solvers, European compute architectures and European-led validation environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By bringing these elements together, we can help reduce dependency on non-European technologies, strengthen resilience across critical supply chains and enable sovereign capability in defence, aerospace and industrial systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An ecosystem approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What makes this different is the model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the Siemens Cre8Ventures Digital Twin Marketplace, SpiNNcloud can engage directly with industrial partners, defence primes, academic institutions and policy stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This creates a pathway not just to technology integration, but to real adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Less isolated innovation.
