Meanwhile, employers are struggling to find candidates with the right mix of skills to add value on day one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why Siemens created <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sw.siemens.com\/en-US\/academic\/expedite-microcredential\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Expedite \u2013 Skills for Industry<\/a>, a new microcredential designed to give early-career engineers marketable skills like product lifecycle management, sustainable engineering, durable skills and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Learners can now enroll for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coursera.org\/specializations\/expedite-skills-for-industry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Expedite \u2013 Skills for Industry<\/a> via Coursera.
