Check out the news release and related links for more information on the event and program.&nbsp;<\/SPAN><\/P><\/p>\n<p><P><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecocar2.org\/homepage-story\/penn-state-wins-year-two\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Penn State University took top honors at the Year Two Competition<\/A>. They impressed judges with their ethanol (E85) plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
