EcoCAR2 Year Two Competition Report

Several of us were at the EcoCAR 2 Year Two Competition last week in San Diego. Check out the news release and related links for more information on the event and program. 

Penn State University took top honors at the Year Two Competition. They impressed judges with their ethanol (E85) plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Teams from 15 universities competed in two weeks of testing – first at the GM Proving Grounds in Yuma, Ariz., and then in San Diego, Calif., for business, mechanical and communications presentations.
